According to my records, Moe Silver, obsessed with high property taxes, and hence sympathetic with Mr. Krater, was introduced on 7/24/91 and was featured until 8/28/91.

I do believe that the second fictional character featured in Shrubtown, following Martin Krater, was Moe Silver. As head of the LOVE Party, he slated Krater for village office. Right, Marc?
