Guilbert Golz, 91

Guilbert C. Golz, 91, died at Oak Park Arms on May 19, 2020. Born in Racine, Wisconsin on July 25, 1929, to the late Paul and Martha (nee Splieth) Golz, he lived and worked in the Oak Park area for most of his life. Best known for his unique sense of humor; his laughter will be missed.

Guilbert is survived by his seven children, LaRue (Bruce), Kirk, Keith (Kathy), Candy, Scott (Celeste), Roxanne (Martin), Wade (Jamie); his first wife, Lois (Diercks) Golz; 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren (one on the way and one in heaven); his brother, Rev. Roland (Vi); and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his second wife, Palma Golz; two brothers, Lester and Alfred; and two sisters, Eleanor and Evelyn.
