The Chicago Edge Soccer Club is kicking into high gear this spring and summer with a variety of opportunities for soccer players of all levels.
Led by Directors of Coaching Murray Findlay and Gavin Richards and an outstanding coaching staff overall, Chicago Edge excels in achieving the following objectives:
- Creating soccer teams that combine youth players of a similar skill level
- Providing a focused and specialized coaching approach for each team resulting in each players accelerated soccer development
- Fostering a positive atmosphere to build confidence and character in a supportive environment
- Placing teams in their appropriate divisions so that all youth players benefit from a competitive soccer game and practice experience
Emilia Moore, who plays on the U9 team, has enjoyed her experience with Chicago Edge.
"Soccer is my favorite sport," Moore said. "Chicago Edge is very competitive and a lot of fun. I've learned a lot about soccer through Chicago Edge. I play a variety of positions but mostly defense and midfield."
