Registration for Summer Driver Education Class

Registration for Driver Education Summer School at Oak Park and River Forest High School will be held on Monday, May 1st, and on Monday, May 15th. Students must attend both nights to register for Summer School.

Summer School for high school aged students will run from June 5th through June 30th. There will be one morning and one afternoon session, each three hours in length, each day.  The first session will begin at 9:15 a.m. and the second session will begin at 12:45 p.m.

Registration will take place on two nights.  The 1st part of registration will be held at Oak Park and River Forest High School on Monday, May 1, 2017, in the North Cafeteria promptly at 7:00p.m.  At this time, the student will fill out an application for a learner's permit and receive information on how to obtain a permit from the Secretary of State for final registration.  The student must be at least fifteen before entering a driver education course, with the older students receiving priority.  Students must have passed 8 classes in the last calendar year to take Drivers Education. On May 15, students need to bring a learner's permit and a check for $360.00 for tuition and fees made out to Oak Park & River Forest High School to complete registration.  Priority must be given to Oak Park and River Forest residents.
