A quick note of gratitude to the hundreds of volunteers and 2,500 guests who visited our house last Saturday for Wright Plus 41. Special thanks to our wonderful house captains — Corinne Lettier and Michael Lavery — and the 24 colleagues who took personal responsibility for our home, beginning way back in January. And also to our research captain (these military terms were appropriate, happily), Alma Koppedraijer, who uncovered the eight unpublished Frank Lloyd Wright drawings that give our address a permanent place in the Wright narrative. The leadership and management at the Wright Trust can be very proud of everyone here. And Oak Park should be thrilled forever to host an event as polished and international as Wright Plus.
