"Meet the new boss...same as the old boss". As long as we have the same micro-managing village board, I fear nothing will really change with a new village manager.One thing I noticed in this timeline was the removal of village employees and the addition of ALOT of consultants.

You missed the obvious!

every six month our taxes increased and our village service decreased.
