Fulcrum HR Consulting offers more of a boutique, truly professional HR experience than what many businesses experience with Professional Employment or Administrative Services Organizations.

Taking serious advantage of all that the city of Chicago offers in the way of dining, culture, and entertainment (OP too!). And traveling, exercising, continuous learning, and upping my business game!
If you could pick a superpower, what would it be?
Mind Reading – come on, that one would REALLY come in handy.
Why did you choose to invest in our community?
I used to live in the far west suburbs and take Metra into the city everyday. I used to longingly look out the train window at the Oak Park stop and think how lucky the Oak Parkers were for their short commute until one day I thought, “Hey, why don’t you become one of those lucky Oak Parker’s”…and here I am!
What local organizations have you been able to support in the past?
The OPRF Chamber of Commerce, Dominican University, Animal Care League, SBAC – Small Business Advocacy Council
What’s the weirdest thing you sell or offer? Or have there been any odd customer requests?
I recently had a customer engage me to help sell his business. That was a first!
